Visiting the paradise

Last week I visited a paradise island situated on the roof of the world and hidden by the Himalayas. That was Bhutan. Two adopted sons guided me through the sky, Tshering Chengya an "Oscar". Like, two angels, the make me laugh along the way. For an instant, I thought I was already dead and that I was finally in paradise, calmly well, plentiful, mindfully and with no kind of debts. But for the most, I was no lonely nor alone. Do you want to visit paradise, well, so don' t miss it? Ask for these angels, they won't disappoint you, and of course, neither would paradise itself.

Impeccable warm service from Passang and Tsriling

Our 10 day tour to Bhutan, from 10 to 19 Oct 2019 has been the most memorable, enriching and exciting experience for 3 of us, much thanks to our awesome cheerful guide Ms Passang Lhamo and friendly, skillful driver Mr Tshering Penjor (TP). Each day is a unique experience provided superbly by them be it festival, cultural, sightseeing, hikes, bird-watching, understanding each other, hotels or meals. Ms Passang's excellent guest-centric services and knowledge can be felt sincerely and warmly throughout our times with her. She personally checks ahead with the hotels to ensure our rooms are good and ready and is ever ready to accommodate professionally our requests wherever possible and we really deeply appreciate it. Usually tour guides will just let you check in and that's it. Ms Passang is very personalised and attentive where she will view your room as well to ensure everything is alright. Very proactive in her humble ways to take great care of us especially on hikes e.g. the Tiger nest. We are really thankful! Our fantastic driver Mr Tsriling is very skillful and that's very reassuring. As such we all are in very safe hands throughout, considering how winding, narrow and bumpy the roads are. He is also very considerate in that after lunch he will drive at a comfortable pace so that we can enjoy the ride and the scenery. Not nauseous feeling at all despite going through numerous turns on the mountain roads.. Consistently, they plan each day's journey efficiently and productively and we have never at all felt rushed, with sufficient time to tour. Impressive! We all have such a good time that we are like good friends and that makes a very positive difference. Thank you Ms Passang Lhamo and Mr Tshering Penjor (TP) for being our wonderful guide and driver!

We have been travelling with our guide Mr. Tashi Tobgay and driver Mr. Dorji Penjer for two weeks through Bhutan. What a great country it is and what a great couple we had. Our guide respected our wishes and in different situations we felt always supported by them. Not only we have had a lot of fun, also the dynamic between Tashi and Dorji where a great added value on our holidays. We are feeling very fortunate that we experienced Bhutan and learned a lot of Bhutanish life because of them. Thanks for all, Marcel and Melanie

Thank you

We spent a week in Bhutan from 2nd March. We had an amazing time. Our guide Nawang was brilliant - so knowledgable, helpful and delightful. Our driver, Wangchok, was excellent as well. We loved all the places we stayed at, and all the trips were well planned and executed. Thank you for a most memorable holiday.

3-Day Tour of Bhutan

I am extremely happy with how my tour to Bhutan went. The guide (Pema Wangda) was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Bhutan, the sites we were visiting, and anything else I could ask him questions about. He was flexible and fit my requests as the tour went on. We took an alternate path to Tiger's Nest Monastery that allowed us to get away from the crowds and have a secluded hike to the monastery. Also, we were able to do an extended hike after the monastery and even did a few other hikes in the area. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Bhutan to request him as their guide.
